Terms and Conditions
Advertisers must pay directly to the Courier Times, Inc. The cost of all advertisements. Payment: net 30 days. New advertisers must establish credit by sending full payment with first insertion order. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement at any time. The publisher shall be under no liability for its failure, under any circumstances, to insert an advertisement. Multiple insertion rates apply to ads run consecutively. All ads accepted and published in The Courier Times assume that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher's acceptance of ads for publication, the advertiser indemnifies and holds the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the content of ads--including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement--including any and all costs associated with defending against such claims.
